6EJOU appeared in the scene in 2019 with his Hypnotic Industrial Techno productions and since then has hooked many of us along the way. Today he is touring all over Europe to play his all hardware live sets, which mainly feature one or two hours of unreleased tracks, specifically created for each night. Industrial Violence, his own label, came to life in 2020 as a way of giving chances to talented artists that struggle to share their sound to the world.
999999999 are an imposing and inescapable presence at the vanguard of the hard techno scene. In the studio and on stage, the immediacy of uncompromising machine music collides with the unpredictability of improvisation to create an ever-shifting, forward-pushing energetic force. The secret to the success of the 999999999 project lies in its force of personality. Every thunderous kick, daggering synth stab and twisting acid line is fired off with a clear-sighted intention – everything is pitched to elicit the maximum physical and emotional response from the dancer. There’s no middle ground, just an emphatic tribute to the hard, dark, deep end of the night.

Vestbirk’s work is highly expansive and symbiotic, incorporating elements of sound to inform her visual practice, whilst simultaneously employing photography to form a conduit between her and the audience to challenge the presence of her performances. Under the moniker Courtesy, Vestbirk has toured extensively as a DJ, having performed in distinguished venues and festivals around the world such as Berghain, Bassiani and Sónar by Night. She is also the founder and artistic director of Kulør, a record label and multidisciplinary artistic platform that since 2018 has produced records, books, exhibitions, and programming across the music and contemporary art worlds.

Like gigolo, but gigola! Where others see tension and contradiction, DJ Gigola sees a chance for creation. On a night out, you might hear Dj Gigola mix Madonna out of an old Bonzai record and back into Surgeon all within 5 minutes. As playful as DJ Gigola’s selection may seem, however, she rigorously weaves together seemingly disperse tracks with one common thread: rhythm.
Much like MCR-T, Real name Julian McCarthy, who has been delivering heavy trap and ghetto tunes now for several years as part of the Live From Earth Collective.
Put them back to back and you get a tightly woven mix of slinky ghetto, dancehall, techno and everything in between.
One of Europe's most in-demand acts, the duo’s high energy, bouncy, tear-jerking sets combined with their production output place them at the forefront of a global movement of music listeners and clubbers pining for increased bpms. A self-professed nightmare for techno purists, their addictive sound is heartfelt rather than calculated, over the top rather than understated and cheesy rather than taking itself too seriously.
DYEN appeared out of nowhere in 2017 and has since then molded a niched space for himself. Born and raised in Rotterdam, it’s fair to say that Holland’s number one rave city has had huge impact on the young producer. He reshapes and interprets the past into something hyper modern, individualistic and raw that he calls “neorave” or “old school hard techno”; relentless punching kicks fighting for space with aggressive stabbing trancey synths; giving way on the dancefloor for something new and distinctive.

When witnessing one of Malugi’s DJ sets, one can tell that he knows how to drive dancefloors into a frenzy. Wether on his own or with his frequent b2b partner Marlon Hoffstadt, Malugi brings the word “rave“ back to its original meaning through an unapologetic, if not irresponsible use of the most outrageous bangers and belters around.
His multidimensional approach to club music and his entanglement with various styles and flavours speak of an open-mindedness rarely found in an industry often restricted by narrow perspectives on good taste. Malugi has mastered the art of serious fun – while he takes his work as a DJ and producer very serious, he always leaves room for play. It is this particular intersection that allows for a holistic and ultimately worthwhile outlook on what the club ought to be: a space for coming together, letting go and most importantly, enjoying yourself.
