The horizon does look bright and we’re planning ahead with the festival, however we have a lot of challenges ahead and nothing is set in stone. Yet, we can assure you that your money is safe with us. If the festival cannot take place, all ticket holders (even those holding a 2020 ticket) will be offered the possibility to either attend the postponed event or obtain a refund.
We can’t wait to be back on the sun-drenched Island of Malta this August for a sonic adventure with the music & people we have missed so much.
If the event cannot take place between the 13-16 of August 2021 due to Covid-19, we will provide you with a refund of the ticket price (exc booking fee), within 4 weeks after official cancellation of our event(s). Only tickets purchased through our authorised resellers (See Tickets & Paylogic) will be entitled for a refund. Tickets purchased in 2019 or 2020 through Eventbrite will also be guaranteed a refund. One would need to apply within a stipulated timeframe.
You’re entitled to a refund in the following conditions:
• The festival is cancelled or postponed to a date which does not suit you.
• You test positive for Covid-19 within a 14 day period prior to the festival
• Travel restriction imposed by your country of residence or government of Malta
Saved block tickets from 2020 are valid for the 2021 main festival (14th & 15th Aug) and no action is required from your end. Remember we’ve also sent you a unique €10 voucher code redeemable for any Glitch Festival 2021 ticket (Opening Party, Boat Parties, After-Party & Main Festival) or any Glitch Club Series night.
All tickets purchased need to be personalized, you will receive personalization instructions by email closer to the date of the event. You will be asked for photo identification at the door, only persons 17 and over will be admitted. Check all travel advice for the latest updated information and requirements when planning your trip.
