ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Content Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the digital presence of our projects. This position sits at the intersection of content, marketing, and design, acting as a bridge between multiple teams within the organisation.
You will be involved in the day-to-day planning, preparation, and delivery of content across our social platforms, helping ensure that all published material reflects our visual identity, tone, and values.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international events environment, working closely with festivals, club shows, and overseas projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a central point of collaboration between the media team, marketing team, designers, and external contributors
- Plan and schedule content across campaigns and platforms
- Select, organise, and curate photo and video material from events
- Edit and prepare photo and video assets
- Publish, monitor, and maintain consistency across all channels
SKILLS & TOOLS
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Confidence preparing photo and video assets, working knowledge of editing software, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prepare polished, platform-ready content
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Maltese is a plus, but not required
- Degree completed or currently being pursued in either Marketing, Graphic Design, Motion, Media, or a related field
- A genuine passion for techno, nightlife, and electronic music culture
- General understanding and awareness of the electronic music and events ecosystem
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Hungry to learn and grow inside a live events organisation

2026 marks a decade of Glitch Festival. now recognised as one of the leading techno and house music festivals globally. Alongside the annual festival, Glitch Club Series runs throughout the year in clubs across Malta, forming the core of the project.
Over the years, we’ve also exported the Glitch brand internationally, delivering showcases and events in cities such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Ghent and Melbourne, with more destinations on the horizon.
Dalma Festival is curated and produced by the Glitch team. A winter indoor spin-off that explores a darker more immersive production, expanding the universe beyond the summer months.
